What we look for in a driver.

Valid Class A CDL
Current, active commercial driver's license in good standing — required, no exceptions.
Minimum 1 Year OTR Experience
Verifiable over-the-road driving experience. We hire drivers who operate professionally from day one.
Clean MVR — 3 Years
No major violations in the prior 3-year period: no speeding 15+ over, no reckless, no license suspension.
No DUI/DWI — 7 Years
Zero DUI/DWI incidents in the preceding 7-year period. Non-negotiable compliance standard.
DOT Physical Clearance
Current DOT medical certificate required, or ability to obtain prior to dispatch assignment.
3-Year Verifiable Employment History
All references must be contactable and accurate — background verification is standard.
