Valid Class A CDL
Current, active commercial driver's license — required for all driving operator positions.
Own Your Equipment (Tractor)
Your own tractor is required. Trailer partnerships available for qualifying power-only operators.
Minimum 2 Years OTR Experience
Verifiable over-the-road driving experience. We partner with operators who can perform professionally from day one.
Clean MVR & Safety Record
No major violations, DUI/DWI, or serious accident history — we operate a safety-first carrier.
DOT Physical & Drug Screen
Pre-partnership DOT physical and drug test required before first dispatch assignment.
Operating Authority or Lease-On Arrangement
Own MC authority, or open to lease-on partnership arrangements with qualified operators.
