Mile Truck's owner operator lease-on program is built for experienced drivers who want the independence of running their own truck with the support of an established carrier.

Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Operate your Class A CMV under Mile Truck's operating authority
- Maintain equipment in DOT-compliant condition at all times
- Accept and execute freight loads coordinated through dispatch
- Communicate proactively with dispatch on scheduling and exceptions
- Maintain all required permits, registrations, and insurance
- Complete required documentation — BOL, POD, and inspection reports
- Represent Mile Truck professionally at shipper and receiver facilities
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL driving experience
- Own or lease a Class A semi-truck in good working condition
- Clean MVR and satisfactory PSP/DAC report
- Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen
- Active physical (DOT medical card)
- Proof of bobtail and physical damage insurance
